Peter grew up in Burlingame and San Mateo … And attended Serra High School … He graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing and provides expertise in designing and implementing successful marketing strategies … Prior to working in real estate sales, Peter was employed with Home Savings of America for over 19 years as a real estate appraiser … In that capacity, he appraised single-family residential, multi-family residential, and commercial and industrial properties on the Peninsula and throughout central and northern California … And, at one point, he was the Chief Appraiser of the Commercial and Industrial Loan Department for Home Savings and supervised all commercial and industrial appraisal activity in central and northern California as well as the states of Oregon and Washington … Peter's broad experience provides clients with a unique perspective and understanding of the financing and banking industry as well as real estate, realistic market evaluations and the means of getting the highest possible price for client's homes.
Yvette was educated in Asia and in France and has lived on five of the seven continents … Prior to working in real estate, Yvette worked for the U. S. foreign service, arranging protocol and itinerary for visiting dignitaries … She is fluent in French, Vietnamese, Fukein (Chinese), and of course, English … In her real estate career, Yvette has also worked with Mason-McDuffie Real Estate, Prudential California Realty, Cashin Company, and is now associated with Compass … Over the years, Yvette has taken courses and attended seminars relating to real estate principles, ethics, finance, valuation, law, marketing and advertising … Her approach combines personal attention and exceptional negotiating skills with knowledge of prevailing market conditions, innovative marketing strategy, and the use of state of the art technology, to skillfully guide her clients through every step of the home buying and selling process … With her education and proven experience, Yvette works with the highest standards of quality and service to achieve the very best results for her clients.
