About Regine
Strategy: Live Your Business‬
Upon arriving in San Francisco in 2002, Regine Familet had a goal in mind: rather than just going the extra mile for her real estate clients, she decided to go “7 by 7 miles” to be exact and live in every area of San Francisco and in an array of architectural styles so she could experience each neighborhood firsthand. This personal perspective enhances her comprehensive value analyses with an intuitive dimension that is the most challenging to quantify.

Her Professional Background‬
Regine received her MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business in 1987 and honed her transactional and marketing skills at Merrill Lynch in New York City. In building the investment bank’s global marketing arm, Regine developed an expertise in bringing Issuers and Investors together -– a skill that has transferred well to Sellers and Buyers who count on her for sound advice and direction. Whether they are institutions or individuals, Regine’s clients rely on her as their trusted business partner – knowing that she is looking out for their best interests. And her influence is not just limited to San Francisco! Regine’s clients often call upon her to evaluate realtors in other parts of the country as they expand their real estate holdings.

Sellers trust Regine…
In pricing their homes and negotiating with buyers on their behalf, Sellers know that Regine looks beyond the latest comps and comprehends what makes each home unique. Additionally, she is strategic when addressing a property’s limitations and/or emphasizing its strong points. And lastly given her marketing background, Regine’s property presentation, whether in person, in print or on the web, is impeccable and designed to stand out to capture the buyers’ attention.

‬‬‬ …particularly Absentee Owners‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
Absentee owners know Regine will take care of details with the level of care that they, themselves, would have done. For example, a senior executive, transferring to London, was relieved when Regine took all of the worry out of selling her Pacific Heights home, so that she could concentrate on her new demanding position. ‬

Buyers trust Regine
Buyers love Regine’s energy and enthusiasm for their home search, and her perseverance on their behalf in the final hours. They also appreciate her ability to assess “bone” structure, pointing out both possibilities and limitations of each property. First time and relocating buyers also compliment her patience in making sure they have the breadth of knowledge to be confident in their real estate purchase. Her goal is not to sell you a house; but to find the “home” that achieves both your personal desires as well as investment objectives.

About Regine
Having lived on both coasts (owning a two-bedroom pre-war coop in Manhattan) and too many places in San Francisco to count, Regine’s idea of a vacation is visiting open houses and design centers in other cities. She also enjoys getting away to her husband’s horse farm in Ocala, Florida as well as other destinations that she calls home: Naples (FL), Aspen, and Santa Monica. A major donor to her alma mater Dartmouth, Regine recently married a CBS college sports analyst and University of Oklahoma grad. As a result, she now has three wonderful children, two exceptional grandchildren and a newly “discovered” love of OU football! Her dashing cavachon Bradley, a Humane Society rescue dog, is a cherished member of the family.
