"We were casually visiting open houses in the East Bay when we met Robert Parker at an open house. Then, as through the rest of the buying process, he spent time understanding our needs for a house and what role we wanted him to play. Our experience with Robert felt tailor-made. We wanted to visit houses on our own and he consistently sent us interesting recommendations, including the house we bought. He knows the East Bay intimately, down to the smallest parks and coziest cafes. His intuition for neighborhoods we would like was spot-on. When we wanted to discuss houses we liked, Robert was always available and gave us a lot of helpful insights, such as what modifications were feasible, or how a house fare in different seasons, or natural disasters.

I am still in awe at how efficiently and successfully Robert navigated the offer and closing process. He is well-connected, kept us informed every step of the way, and gave us very clear instructions on what to do. We were travelling out of the country, with poor reception, through part of the escrow process. Robert ensured that everything went smoothly and went out of his way to ensure that our trip would not be disrupted.

My wife's summary of working with Robert is: "Be prepared to win!" Due to market conditions, we were expecting a long and stressful search but thank to Robert, it was short, smooth, and remarkably fun! We still fondly bring up several memories of working with Robert: him sitting with us and crunching numbers to help us compare various options, the group huddle before our final offer, and a period where all three of us were in different locations each time we spoke on the phone.
