Experience – that’s the word that comes to mind when someone mentions The Richmond Team. Actively selling real estate since 1986, Jane has weathered all the real estate cycles – good and bad! Counseling buyers and sellers is the key to her successful career.

As a former social worker, Jane uses the skills she acquired to help her clients - with patience, knowledge, skill and humor - deal with the stresses of buying and selling their homes. Having lived and worked abroad in her early years, she understands what it means to relocate to a new environment. During her four plus decades in Mill Valley, her involvement in the community has been very broad based. This includes board membership on a myriad of local non-profits, including KIDDO, Senior Access, Los Amigos de Las Americas, Outdoor Art Club and the Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival; and as the author of the widely read “Richmond Report”, a real estate statistical newsletter, The Richmond Team, has become well-known and respected in the real estate arena.

Jana Stuchlikova, originally from the Czech Republic, has been a Marin County resident for almost 20 years. With her background in engineering and design, she was privileged to have worked in Germany as a 3D designer/modeler. Her background makes her uniquely equipped to work with international clients and her expertise in social media and web design have strengthened the team’s marketing presence. She is fluent in the German and Czech languages and has a working knowledge of Russian. Jana always puts her clients’ needs first and goes the extra mile to support them. Her attention to detail, due diligence, and clear communication, together with deep knowledge of the local markets, analytical skills, and creative problem solving give Jana’s clients enormous leverage in every transaction.
Jana is a martial artist and earned her black belt in Tae Kwon Do. The martial art virtues – integrity, honesty, and perseverance – are an integral part of Jana’s relationships with her clients. In addition, Jana is an avid hiker and a passionate landscape photographer portraying the breathtaking beauty of picturesque Marin County.
