Shab Nemati was raised in the Bay Area and has lived in the Peninsula for over 20 years.
She began her real estate career in 2011. Shab is committed to serving the people and
communities she knows and loves, especially the areas bordering highway 280, the most beautiful commute path in Silicon Valley including San Carlos, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto,
Portola Valley, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and the surrounding areas. Shab is well-known for her tireless
determination that ensures her clients meet their goals, regardless of how complex.
Shab’s results-driven approach, integrity, and honesty have earned her the hard-earned respect
of her clients and colleagues. Her exceptional negotiation skills, an eye for detail and style, and
an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction stems from her professional background in
Attorney Recruitment, Human Resources, and Legal Administration. Her expertise in getting
listings prepared for the market is based in part on her direct experience remodeling her own Mid-Century Modern Eichler style home.
Shab lives in Los Altos where she and her husband, a hardware engineer working in Cupertino,
are raising their two daughters who currently attend Loyola Elementary School in Los Altos and Harker School in San Jose. Her daughters previously attended, Woodside Parents Nursery School, St. Mathias Nursery School, Bing
(Stanford), North Star Academy and Woodland School in Portola Valley. Shab has had extensive leadership roles in education making her the perfect
resource for finding the best area schools.
