About Shaughn
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Shaughn's been a Washingtonian since 2000. Shaughn's a former US Army officer and served 5 years in Asia and the US managing telecommunications assets for infantry operations. Following his military service, Shaughn worked for 10 years in Supply Chain for Fortune 500 companies negotiating contracts and leading productivity initiatives. Shaughn is a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute and obtained his license in the district in 2015.

Today, he manages a team that’s sold over $100 million of residential real estate in the DC, MD and VA jurisdictions. He specializes in helping sellers add value to their homes through improvements and smart planning. Buyers specializations include out-of-town investors, developer consultation and distressed property evaluation. He’s an experienced business manager, general contractor and real estate investor with the knowledge necessary to guide clients in a robust, competitive real estate market.

He's a graduate of Dickinson College with a B.S. in Computer Science and currently enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania in the Organizational Dynamics masters program. When not selling real estate, Shaughn enjoys staying fit, golfing and mastering home improvement projects. He lives with his wife and son in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC.
