"Shawna was a great agent. She showed me all of the apartments that I was interested in and she was always available for my questions. I had a difficult time deciding which neighborhood I wanted to be in so she explained which one not only made the most sense but what was special about them. She's extremely professional and not pushy at all. She's very direct and to the point. I didn't have much time and she was as accommodating as possible. I had a great experience. She's an awesome broker."
"My apartment-hunting experience was relatively smooth, and I owe it all to Shawna. She listens to your priorities, and is very responsive. I truly felt Shawna was my representative and advocate, and did not have a personal agenda. She is absolutely someone I will work with again if and when my NYC real estate needs change."
"Shawna is really great at providing insight when I was looking to purchase an apartment. She will do whatever is necessary to fill in the blanks during the buying process. I'm certain you will not find a harder worker than her when it comes to searching for a qualified broker. In fact, she will probably amaze you when she takes matters in her hands to get things going in the right direction when things seem to be at a standstill."
"I was connected to Shawnalei during my searches for home to buy (apartment in NYC). Interacting with her has been a pleasure since first contact. I have been impressed by her reactivity and patience, which reflected an excellent understanding of my situation and expectations. Her assistance in the mortgage securing process was very helpful and reliable. Despite not continuing the search in NYC, Shawnalei very kindly remained in touch to connect me with colleagues in LA. I strongly recommend using Shawnalei's services for home buying in NYC."
"We received a referral to work with Shawnalei during the early days of our NYC coop and condo search. She was very responsive throughout the process, providing her comments, thoughts, and assessments on that we looked at. We took a more hands off approach, i.e. we looked at most of the properties on our own time and during open house, she joined on the more promising leads. She would share listings and help arrange individual viewings. She helped us submit 3 offers, and helped provide feedback on the we did not win. Ultimately she carried us through the process on our final condo purchase, helping negotiate price and other details, walk-throughs and last minute details. We found working with her great, and it was great to have someone to bounce ideas and thoughts off of, and to learn more about the process and market in general."
