Ethan and Jeni bring a diverse background of real estate experience to the table, and that expertise is reflected in their business profile. Working almost entirely by referral, the team works aggressively to help their clients articulate their real estate goals and execute a strategy for success. Backed by both the industry-leading real estate tools at Compass and a sterling contact list of industry partners, Spruce Residential is able to offer buyers, sellers and investors, a superior level of client resources.
Whether they are helping a buyer find a home in a highly desirable urban neighborhood, representing a new-home developer, or brokering the sale of a rolling equestrian estate, Ethan and Jeni will make the process clear, comfortable, (at times entertaining), and always rewarding.
Protect Our Winters
Spruce Residential is a proud supporter of Protect Our Winters - an environmental non-profit that champions systemic solutions to climate change through advocacy and education efforts. As active and avid outdoors-people, Spruce Residential is passionate about leaving the planet better than they found it. In addition to donating a portion of every transaction to POW, in September 2019 Spruce Residential founders Ethan and Jeni, hosted musical entertainers and environmental educators Jeff and Paige for a benefit concert at the Steinbaugh Pavilion in Louisville. "We're excited about the opportunity to expose more people to what POW is doing," said Jeni, "our hope is that it pushes the conversation further." Spruce Residential has since turned the fundraiser into an annual family friendly afternoon filled with science, nature and learning about environmental activism.
Haymakers 4 Hope
Spruce Residential is also a proud supporter of Haymakers for Hope - a charity organization dedicated to fighting back against cancer. H4H helps supporters train for and compete in charity boxing events in an effort to raise funds for cancer research, care, awareness and survivorship. They give everyday people the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete in a USA Boxing sanctioned event. This year, Ethan is participating in the Rumble in the Rockies boxing event, proudly representing his friend and former college teammate. All ticket sales and funds raised by Ethan go directly to the Kimmel Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins for pancreatic cancer research.
