About Susan
Susan Sweeley provides her clients the highest level of professionalism and ethics. She is a key contributor to ensuring and enforcing that Realtors in Silicon Valley maintain professional standards and ethics that our industry aspires to. More importantly, she sets an example by how she works with her clients and the other professionals in our community. She has been recognized by the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors with a Lifetime Achievement award and has been a member of their Professional Standards Committee for past 14 years. Compass is proud to have Susan as a Broker Associate in our Los Altos office.

Susan is very active and influential leader in our community. She was elected Trustee on the Mountain View-Los Altos high school district board for the past 16 years. She was an active board member and president of CHAC (Community Health Awareness Council) for the past 16 years that provides desperately needed counseling services for elementary through high school students in Los Altos, Mountain View and Sunnyvale. She was a founding Board Member with JustRead, a tutorial organization, and a Board Member of Mountain View-Los Altos Scholars, a scholarship fund for first in the family college students. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Mountain View program dedicated to developing community leaders.

Prior to her career in real estate, Susan was a Marketing Manager for Tandem Computers, AMD and Tektronix. She was also an Account Manager at a local advertising company that managed the launch of Activision.

Susan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Portland and an undergraduate degree in Journalism from San Jose State University. Susan is a long-time resident of Los Altos. She and her husband Bryan, live nearby the Country Club and Loyola Corners. Their two children attended Loyola elementary, Blach middle and Mountain View high school. In their spare time, they like to play golf, ski, Bikram yoga and work on their home improvement projects.
