About Susan

Susan obtained her agent license in 1994 and became a Broker in 2001. After 25 years in Convention Sales with major hotel chains, Susan utilizes her sales and marketing skills in building the real estate business that she and her late husband, Terry, started in 2002.

Her expertise helps in promoting listings and matching the right buyer based on the customer's needs. Experience in negotiating contracts for corporations assists her in creating a smooth transaction between parties. Susan is a member of the Graduate Realtors Institute. Out of 25,000 members of the Houston Association of Realtors, there are only 1,500 GRI members. She also achieved the following designations: Accredited Buyer's Agent, Resort and Second Home Specialist, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

She consistently ranks in the 150 Top Producers for Houston Association of Realtors. In 2022 she received the Houston Business Journal's Top 25 Residential Real Estate Individuals award for the number of MLS Listings.

Susan has been a full-time resident on Lake Livingston since 1997 and was a weekender before that. Community involvement is an integral part of her lake life. Currently, she has served on the Habitat for Humanity San Jacinto County Board of Directors and focused on fundraising for the affiliate along with the Coldspring Education Foundation. She also served as Treasurer of the Cape Royale Property Owners Association.
