Takee Brockman

Takee Brockman is a Licensed Associate Broker in his hometown of New York City.
His passion for real estate is born from first-hand experience as an owner and property manager. His expertise spans across the full spectrum of real estate services, from comprehensive market analyses to negotiating the best price for all of his clients. As a native New Yorker, he is deeply knowledgeable about local neighborhoods and understands how to navigate the process of renting, purchasing or selling in this market.
Prior to his career in real estate, Takee worked in the hospitality industry for ten years, including opening his own business. This experience taught him the foundations of customer service and gave him the work ethic of an entrepreneur. His clients’ needs are always the top priority.
Takee is currently obtaining his license to expand his practice into New Jersey. When he’s not working for his clients, he’s traveling the world and learning how to recreate Michelin-star meals.
