Tal's sharp sense of the San Francisco real estate market is only one of the many reasons her clients feel safe entrusting her with the biggest sale of their lives. She brings a thorough knowledge of economics, a strong eye for value, and creative approach to remodeling opportunities. But most importantly, Tal uses her keen instincts for discerning her clients' needs to take what can be a stressful and overwhelming process and make it exciting and rewarding.
Prior to building a career in real estate, Tal worked in sports marketing for many years, and in 1992, moved to the Bay Area to work as a technology executive in Silicon Valley. Her true passion however, is real estate. Prior to launching Tal Klein Real Estate, Tal was the #1 top producer at Hill & 's Noe Valley office.
With over 15 years in luxury real estate sales and ranked Top 5% of SF Agents, Tal knows the San Francisco real estate market. She is a founding member of SF Insiders, an exclusive networking circle of top agents who share off-market listings. She uses her broad industry experience, skill and reputation to produce the kind of result her clients expect and deserve.
Having bought and remodeled several homes of her own, Tal's ongoing relationships with architects, contractors and developers continue to direct her work developing and marketing unique properties throughout San Francisco. You can check out some of the projects highlighted in Houzz.
Originally from Israel, Tal moved to New York City with her family as a teen. She graduated from Williams College with a degree in history. While earning her Masters Degree in Business (MBA) from the University of Colorado, Tal also nurtured her passion for architecture and design at the University of Colorado Architecture School.
Tal lives in the Sunset district with her husband, a commercial pilot and her son, Ocean. She is an active supporter of numerous local non-profit organizations: San Francisco Bike Coalition, YMCA, Friends of the Urban Forest, One Sky Giving Circle and Jamestown Community Center. She is also a pro-active participant in national and international organizations focused on human rights, pro-choice, and equality.
An avid lover of the outdoors, Tal can often be found biking, kite surfing, running, skiing and enjoying every glorious day San Francisco's Ocean Beach has to offer.
