With more than 22 years in the industry, Teresa brings a team of experienced inspectors and staff, along with a degree of professionalism to every transaction she takes on. She is a graduate from the University of California, Davis and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2000. In 2004 she owned her own real estate agency, Silverado Associates at the Silverado Resort.
A former financial advisor for clients at Merrill Lynch, EF Hutton, and AG Edwards, Teresa’s financial services experience equips her with the skills required to understand the complexities of today’s real estate market. Thanks to her background in finance and her 22-plus years helping her clients buy and sell homes in the Napa Valley, Teresa has the perspective to negotiate the best terms for her clients. She works hard to ensure that when a sale concludes, the buyer, the seller, and both agents believe the transaction was successful.
Teresa earned the California Association of Realtors' nationally recognized Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Teresa is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the North Bay Association of Realtors. She has consistently ranked as a top producer representing property owners throughout the Napa Valley and within the Silverado Residential Community.
