About Tim
Real estate first charmed Tim when he invested in and developed a small condominium complex in San Francisco. He became an agent to help others find the perfect place to call home and strategically grow their wealth. Comfortable in stressful negotiations and working with multiple stakeholders, Tim possesses the innate ability to calm others while quickly troubleshooting any issues that arise and building meaningful relationships. Born and raised in New York City, Tim began his professional career as a writer and producer but was lured to Silicon Valley by the tech industry. While there, he worked with some of the biggest companies in the country, including AOL, PayPal and Saatchi & Saatchi to name a few. Regardless of the industry, Tim’s focus has always been on collaboration and driving excellence.
When Tim isn’t with his clients, he loves spending quality time with his family, golfing and talking about golf. Passionate about giving back to the community, he also actively supports the CLARE|MATRIX addiction treatment center. He holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado.
