Tina brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Access KC/Compass Realty
Group. For the past 3 years Tina has focused on all things in the senior living realm.
She has the experience and knowledge to help you or your loved one’s transition from
the family home to a patio home, 55+ community, independent living, assisted Living,
nursing or memory care community. Tina has many contacts with senior living
communities throughout the Kansas City Metro area to help you make the appropriate
decision.
Seniors have the extra challenge of navigating through today’s fast-moving world and need someone that has the experience, empathy, and caring heart to listen and understand how a move can improve their lifestyle. Tina can help them move forward and be their expert as she guides them through this process. Many of the tasks that come with moving are automated and difficult for seniors to manage on their own. Tina understands these challenges and can take on the responsibility of arranging vendors, movers, liquidation, or estate services if needed.
Tina has a diverse background including short sales, foreclosures, and investment property. She has negotiated and closed several hundred short sale transactions with every major and most local banks. In addition, Tina is an investor and owns several rental properties in the Kansas City Metro area. As a real estate investor, she is very familiar with the needs of investors, landlords and tenants. As an agent and investor, Tina is committed to helping our community. She feels fortunate to provide quality homes for people to live in across the KC metro area. Tina strives to make community service part of her everyday focus.
Tina grew up in Olathe and still lives there today. She has a small “farm” where she enjoys gardening and helping her husband tend to the many animals. Tina is a wine lover and enjoys traveling, diving, reading, and spending time with family.
