About Thomas
Tom has been with Lila Delman Compass of Jamestown for over a decade. In that time he has worked with many clients to satisfy their real estate needs, whether it be buying a new home, buying a second home, or selling your property.
Tom grew up in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, and he has spent every summer of his life in Jamestown Rhode Island, where his has lived for five generations. He graduated from Tulane University with a major in philosophy, and remained in New Orleans for over a decade, always sure to return to Jamestown for the summer, where he could follow his passion for sailing in Narragansett Bay and beyond, as well as his passion for music. He has been living here year-round since 2000.
An avid sailing captain, Tom has always had a respect and love for Narragansett Bay and the communities surrounding it. He has a strong knowledge of the history, people, and geography of the area. Having also lived in Newport, he has a comprehensive understanding of both the Jamestown and the Newport real estate markets and communities. He is always available to help, whether it be answering a quick question or selling your home, or closing on your dream home.
