Tony is a Los Angeles County Native having spent most of his life living and working in the South Bay and Westside.
Right out of High School Tony committed himself to six years of service to the US ARMY where he learned discipline, commitment, persistence, and perseverance. Tony quickly advanced to the rank of Sergeant in just 3 short years making him amongst the advanced of his peers.
After his service to our country, Tony started his career in Finance having worked for some of the largest lenders in the Nation. Using his forward thinking, honest approach and motivation to get the job done, Tony was quickly identified as a leader and someone upper management could count on.
Tony has held positions in the industry as Loan Originator, Branch Manager, Mortgage Underwriter, Capital Markets Supervisor, AVP and VP of lending and has managed the processing and closing of over $500 Million in monthly volume while in the wholesale market of lending. Tony’s leadership earned him the calling of being part of opening and building out a Mortgage Servicing site for one of the larges lenders in the Nation.
Tony has spent over 20 years both advancing and building his knowledge, this knowledge has garnered him the reputation that earned many opportunities to work with Top Producing Realtors, Wealth Advisors and Business Managers who’s clients include Celebrities, Influencers, CEO’s, and many leaders of well known production and television syndicates.
Tony’s practice of confidentiality and expertise of the lending arena is what has allowed him to work for and a long side many Realtors both locally and across the Nation. It was this work that lead Tony to finally pursue Real Estate Sales to which he has always had a passion for.
Tony’s experience as a lender brings the aptitude and foresight required to handle both seller and buyer representation, his knowledge of the lending industry allows him to spot potential misrepresentation or un-qualified representation which will avoid delays to either side of the process which could in turn cost his clients monetarily. His experience and knowledge allow him to educate and advise during the purchase process, this experience will save time and disappointment to any client seeking to purchase by giving first hand knowledge of the entire process.
