Tracey Broadman has been a licensed California broker for over 17 years. Having had a successful broker career in Los Angeles for over 10 years, Tracey happily returned to the Bay Area in 2011. She quickly built her business here, working in both Marin and San Francisco, and absolutely loves the mix of representing properties on both sides of the bridge. Living and playing in San Francisco and Marin makes Tracey uniquely positioned to service her clients looking to buy or sell in the city or make the move over the Golden Gate to Marin County.
Raised in Atlanta, Tracey went to school in Boston and lived there for over eight years before moving west to San Francisco. She considers herself as a true Californian! Tracey worked in high-end restaurants for over 17 years, including managing famed Stars Restaurant in Singapore for two years. That experience contributed immensely to Tracey’s unparalleled management instincts, attention to detail and commitment to customer service. In 2001, Tracey followed the sun to Los Angeles to get her broker’s license and transition to her dream job in real estate. She is naturally passionate about architecture and the history, structures, land and inherent variety unique to the Bay Area.
Tracey works tirelessly with all of her wide-ranging clients, from first-time buyers to those seeking legacy properties. Constantly previewing new inventory coupled with her vast colleague network keeps her on top of all activity in this incredibly fast-paced marketplace. Tracey prides herself on her fierce negotiating skills combined with a vast knowledge of contracts, to be the foremost advocate for each and every one of her clients. Tracey is also extremely well networked in the area, giving her early access to properties that are not yet on the market, making her a natural choice among savvy buyers. Finally, her established team of loyal, talented vendors across the board are ready to help her transform sellers’ properties to their highest potential for maximum return on investment.
Tracey enjoys being a Mom to a 12 year old boy in Marin who keeps her busy with many sports and school related activities. Tracey is also actively involved with Valencia 826, an organization started by the author Dave Eggers and educator Ninive Calegari, that is dedicated to improving literacy and writing for all Bay Area students.
