Trigg Splenda's real estate brokerage career officially began in 2005 when he started selling San Francisco investment properties for the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap. Further, Trigg’s encountered and resolved almost every possible real estate scenario overcoming buildings with deferred maintenance, poor management, contentious partnerships, entrenched tenant profiles, non-performing parties, and even successfully brokering a building that was struck by a hurricane a day prior to the scheduled close of escrow. In all scenarios, Trigg’s philosophy to partner with his clients and remained focused on their interests allowed him to achieve his client’s goals and realize significant profits regardless of circumstance.
Coupled with extensive brokerage experience, Trigg personally owns and operates twelve investment properties. In previous professional experience, Trigg owned and operated his own international business and was a Director of Carrier Relations within the employee benefits arena.
