About Tyler
Tyler likes to joke that he "sells pretty houses to nice people." A relatable Realtor, he has a genuine love for helping others put down roots in the community he calls home. A Bay Area native raised by an enterprising mother with a brokerage of her own, Tyler was destined for the family business from the get-go. Perusing MLS and attending open houses from an early age, his first job was in the family's real estate brokerage. So, you could say it's been in his blood all along.
More highly trained in the skill of negotiation than your average Realtor, Tyler is a bit of an outlier in the industry. Bolstered by a Juris Doctor (Law) Degree from UC Hastings, his focus in civil litigation and dispute resolution is a skillset he uses daily.
Never one to leave money on the table, Tyler has an innate talent for garnering the highest possible price when negotiating on the behalf of sellers. For buyers, Tyler's focus is prevailing in multiple offer scenarios and getting the best value for their purchase.
A multi-faceted broker and real estate attorney, he's both exceedingly knowledgeable and refreshingly down to earth. Yes, he's closed $350M in sales to date, but it's his natural knack for connecting with people that keeps clients coming back and sending their friends!
A 15-year resident of Nob Hill, Tyler and his husband, Dominic, and their little ones, Beau and Nora, love weekend strolls around their neighborhood.
