About Jenny
Jenny Fernandez was born in Havana, Cuba and currently lives in Miami. A South Florida resident for over 20 years, she represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury and pre-construction real estate across Miami-Dade, Collier, and Broward Counties, including Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Aventura, Hallandale Beach, and Naples.

Jenny’s work background is uniquely suited to elevate the experience of buying and selling as an agent. Formerly in contract administration for large corporations such as Oracle and CAN Capital, as well as serving as a professional real estate photographer, her business acumen is matched with an eye for design that makes the home buying or selling process both seamless and fun. She began her real estate career focused on rentals, assisting in closing over 60 transactions, and she is now an agent with the Chad Carroll Group, which has closed over $2B in sales. With the backing of the powerhouse technology and service offering at Compass, including analytics software, marketing tools, staging, and more, rest assured that Jenny is well equipped to not only meet expectations, but also exceed them.

Jenny is a people person, which is a primary reason she became a realtor. She values cultivating relationships, getting to know people and their stories, and connecting with them to form a bond that lasts beyond the transaction. A tried and true doer, it’s her mission to solve problems and mitigate uncertainties for her clients and steer them through one of the most intimate moments of their lives with grace. She’s on the lookout every step of the way, always with a smile on her face. Jenny is someone worth counting on.

A resident and advocate of South Florida, Jenny is involved in her community. She volunteers with People Acting for Community Together (PACT), which raises awareness and demands accountability from elected officials on topics such as affordable housing, gun violence, and community IDs. In her free time, she enjoys the many outdoor spaces and activities available in this sun-soaked paradise, usually with a good book or her camera in hand. She is also the mother of four beautiful children, Ana, Amanda, Armando, and Aimee.
