Senior Product Designer

At Compass, we envision a world where the experience of selling or buying a home is simple and pleasant for everyone. Founded in 2012, Compass provides an end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to their seller and buyer clients, all in service of our mission to help everyone find their place in the world.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive a customer-centered UX strategy and execute seamless workflows for our agent web and mobile experiences. You have pixel-perfect standards with exceptional interaction design skills and an eye for accessibility and usability.  Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Product Designer, comfortable learning from data, with multiple years of experience leading design for complex cross-functional products in both B2B and B2C environments.

What you get to do every day:

  • Own the iterative design process of major feature initiatives from concept to execution and ongoing optimization.
