The living area is equipped with television, sky light, and access to you private patio with furniture and BBQ. Galley style kitchen with stainless steel appliances; blender, toaster, coffee maker, and air fryer! Also located on this floor is your laundry closet with washer/dryer, master bedroom with cal king size bed, and guest bedroom with twin size bed. On the second floor is your loft area with twin day bed and access to another private patio with lounge chairs. Dogs under 40 pounds please submit. An Additional security deposit will be applied. Tenant pays flat rate utilities of $350 per month

HOA regulations - car must fit in detached 2-Car garage (no over size trucks will fit)
