The unit itself is a top floor end unit with a balcony bring in lots of light. It also has an entrance through a side stairway that does not require access into the complex. There are 51 total units in complex with 13 owner occupied units and 38 investor owned units. There is no litigation and the pet policy is 2 pets 15 pounds max each. There is no visitor parking.
