Most of the parcels offer only seasonal access, which means YOU CAN'TLIVE THERE YEAR-ROUND without really working at it. However, this property is low enough at 7,680 feet that access may be possible during the winter months. There is no power available and no well is drilled on the property. Hunting is generally very good in the area and best known for excellent mule deer and elk hunting. RV's may be parked on the lots, but must be removed prior to winter. The walls are reinforced with rebar and 2 strip barbwire between every row of bags. This can be used as a meat cooler for hunting or storage.
