Friends and Neighbors,

We find ourselves putting the third quarter of 2020 in the books! It is hard to believe this year is coming to a close and as we look back, it will be a year for many different kinds of records!


Real Estate sales year to date have reached a high water mark! The market remains very strong, the inventory does not meet the demand, people are moving to Colorado in continuing record numbers, mortgage rates are ridiculously low, and opportunities to take advantage of a seller’s market are still present. With mortgage money being so affordable it adds to the buying power of anyone looking to purchase.


The other 2020 events are so many (and so hard to believe) that we are looking forward to 2021...and perhaps many of you would agree. I'm not sure we've ever seen so many impactful events take place in a 12 month period and it can be difficult to keep up with the daily events nationwide and worldwide. It is our hope that 2021 will be a bit more “normal” and the catastrophes and health concerns will diminish. I am certain nobody would disagree with that!


The Schossow Group has had significant events this year as well, and we are thankful all is well. Our sales year to date are the best in my 40+ year tenure, and the fourth quarter is still ahead.


We have been very busy, and thanks to our staff and agents we have managed all the intricacies that go along with the many transactions we have done. We thank each and every client and customer, and will continue to strive to deliver the highest quality results.
