Fall is a special time of year in San Diego: the weather is beautiful, the beaches are less crowded, and the sunsets are breathtaking! Unique to this year, our annual Client Appreciation Chili Party will look a little different. Read on to learn more!

Noel and Kip's Annual Chili Party...with a twist

Since we won't be able to gather for our annual Client Appreciation Chili Party in person, we will bring the party safely to you. Kip, myself and Ashley will deliver chili and cornbread to anyone (in San Diego 🤣) who wants to be included in this year's festivities. Please reply to this email and let me know if you'd like to be included on the list for some delicious home-cooked chili!

The Seasons of San Diego
Real Estate

Just as there are physical seasons, residential real estate sales has it's seasons too. Typically, Spring captures the highest number of transactions, with each subsequent season seeing decreased activity. Historically, winter has the lowest activity, and then the activity starts again.

2020 has been far from ordinary and the real estate market has followed suit. This year, the Spring market was eliminated due to shelter-in-place orders. Summer behaved like a typical Spring market. As we head into Autumn, we expect September, October, and the first half of November to resemble the typical Summer sales pattern.

We don't expect the Autumn months to be quite as active as June, July, and August. However, with low supply (51% less inventory than last year), strong demand (highest since May of 2016), increased affordability (mortgage rates dipping below 3%), and a strong demographic (Millennials are now the largest living adult generation and are purchasing their first home), are all signs that we are headed into an extraordinary Autumn real estate market!
