I like to think of a group of friends having dinner like a pot luck meal. Not that people bring food, but everyone brings something.

I usually bring the humor, a dash of real estate expertise (only if someone asks) and light heartedness.

One of my friends always brings the knowledge and up to date info on health and skincare. One brings his detailed descriptions of the places he has visited overseas. I even have a friend that has an app that shows where all of the sharks are when she goes to the beach. I promise!

I absolutely love that my sphere of friends and clients is made up of all types of people. Once we are free to socialize in groups again, I am going to host a Potluck and invite all of my clients so that we can all benefit from what each of us brings. In the mean time, hone your recipe and decide what you are going to bring!

Tea In The Neighborhood
Market tip:

Summer is always the time when most people are thinking about their kids and school. Here is a really helpful tool that I use for my clients when looking into neighborhoods & schools.

  Visit .

You can research each school and learn things like STARR scores, teacher to student ratios, accountability ratings, etc. You can also see the most recent homes for sale or rent according to your preferred school.

I make it a point to pay attention to schools in Houston, so if you need some help looking into which school may be the best fit for you, don't hesitate to reach out to me

Independence Day!

If you're not sure how you'll be spending your holiday weekend, here is a list of family friendly activities you can do with your kids and where you can to go to see fireworks in Houston.
Try this: Watermelon and Tomato Salad.

I first had this salad at a restaurant in NYC. The waiter recommended it and we took a chance even though it didn’t sound like it would be delicious. Boy, am I glad we did. Its so refreshing, easy, tasty and healthy. This would be a good one for the 4th of July…

Cubed seedless watermelon

Chopped Heirloom tomatoe

Feta Cheese

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss. Season with a dash of salt and course ground pepper.

Lucky #13!

It was such honor to learn that I ranked #13 on this years REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Professionals list in Texas and #8 in Houston. It's been a pleasure to work with you and serve my beloved city of Houston!

Local Spotlight

I recently took my sons over to Bike Barn, my friends Neil and Joan Bremner's bike shop, and was blown away by how unbelievably cool the bike world is. They have everything from cell phone holders to lights, clothing and basically any bike accessory you could ask for. We're all set up and ready for some Summer biking.
