Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays to one and ALL!


Well, this will be our last monthly email for 2020, and I suspect everyone will be glad to bid farewell to the year and welcome 2021! There were so many devastating things that took place this year it is very hard to believe that they were all crammed into one 12-month period. There have been many bright spots as well that we should remember as we head into a New Year.


I am reminded that some of the bright spots today include a robust Denver real estate market, the cost of mortgage money is at an all time low, increased time spent around the dinner table with family, available time to reflect on priorities that really matter and many seem to have a new appreciation of family and life itself. Although we know there are countless tragic stories of COVID deaths and complications, we all do know in spite of the trials, each and every day the sun rises again!


The Schossow Group has grown in number(s) and production in 2020, and for that we are grateful and owe each and every client, past and present, a big thank you. We have been humbled by the trust each of our clients and our new home builders have placed in us, and we pledge our commitment to each one. We know that we are entrusted with one of the biggest decisions people make in the sale or purchase of their home. We take that charge very seriously, and thank you for your trust in our abilities.


Our next monthly email will come to you in 2021…WOW! We will provide an overview of what the market, sales and year end summaries were for 2020. We hopefully will also be able to give you our best projection as to what we are looking at in 2021 based on data we have on absorption rates, existing inventory, and market trends.


With that said, we hope each and everyone this year will take the Christmas season to look back on the best parts of 2020, and look forward to a bright 2021. We plan to, and hope you too, take some time to do the things we so often forget to do…call or hug the kids, stay in touch with friends and family, remember how lucky we all are to enjoy freedom, tell someone you love them and enjoy each day…one at a time.
