A Laguna Beach native and licensed real estate broker and his team have represented over 500 individuals and families in their 17-plus years of operation with total lifetime sales of over $500 million across Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Coast, Crystal Cove, Dana Point, and beyond. After three years in Coldwell Banker’s No. 1. office, the Marcus Skenderian Real Estate Group at Compass is moving back to Compass to strengthen its position within the fabric of the community and open a brick-and-mortar office in the heart of Laguna Beach.
