(NYSE: COMP), the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States by sales volume, announced today that it has agreed to acquire Attorneys Key Title (AKT), a premier title company serving Florida that closed over $400 million in total transaction volume across the state in 2023. The acquisition expands Compass’ adjacent services footprint in the region and further integrates this critical component of the real estate transaction into the company’s industry-leading technology platform.
