The expansion into the state’s capital includes over 40 new agents representing $227 million in 2021 sales volume, according to BrokerMetrics, and bolsters the company’s rapid growth in Virginia as technology-backed agents continue to redefine the home buying and selling process.

Joining Compass as a Founding Agent in Richmond is Jenny Maraghy and her 38-person team, The Jenny Maraghy Team, coming from Joyner Fine Properties.
