Available 24/7, Compass Academy’s interactive, bite-sized videos and live webinars are designed to help agents grow their business on a timeline and schedule suited to their needs. 

Originally slated to launch in the Spring and to be used exclusively by Compass agents, the company accelerated its product roadmap and decided to make formerly exclusive content public for all agents across the country in response to the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the real estate industry.

Compass Academy courses are designed to be practical and to provide actionable materials for all agents. All lessons are supplemented with written resources like summaries of each lesson, checklists, spreadsheet templates and more. 

Compass Academy has been in beta since October 2019. During beta testing, the tool has been used by more than 9,000 unique Compass users, who have viewed more than 70+ available videos and webinars.
