With more than 27 years of real estate experience, they have earned a reputation of success, claiming a top spot in RealTrends' 2023 America's Best list with an impressive $110 million in sales volume. This recognition placed them at 10th in San Francisco and 76th in California. Their return home comes at a time when Compass has continued to invest in enhancing its leading technology platform and unique agent programs.

Poe and Hickey join Compass from Side, where they led the Indigo Real Estate Team since 2020. Now, reunited with Compass, they regain access to the industry’s leading technology platform and a vast network of known colleagues.
Compass has continued to invest in strengthening its agent-focused tools and programs. Last fall, Compass AI, a machine learning tool that empowers agents to craft compelling listing descriptions and design effective marketing strategies, was introduced. Additionally, Compass recently announced an international referral program in partnership with Barnes International, a leading European brokerage.
