Taking place in Atlanta, the three day event provides attendees with networking opportunities, panel discussions, workshops and a keynote address from one of the most respected experts on change and motivation in the world – Mel Robbins. 

Compass Founder and CEO, Robert Reffkin, kicked off the event by reflecting on the pivotal moments during the company’s 10 year journey to the top of the brokerage industry. Reffkin credited both his Mom, as well as Compass agents, for their unique ability to bounce back with passion, as the continued inspiration for the company.
