June is always a big month in real estate with lots of closings and moves. And it's a month with lots to celebrate - graduations, Father's Day and the start of summer and all the fun that comes with our favorite season.

Grievance Procedures

The annual grievance filing period runs from June 1st through June 17th, 2025. Property owners, tenants, and purchasers can grieve their property assessments for free. No lawyer needed! Use Form RP-524 to file your grievance. Click HERE for more information and specific filing instructions for your area.

Larchmont Music Festival June 7th

Bring a blanket, chairs and good spirits, and enjoy food and drinks in Constitution Park starting at 11am.

The party continues on Larchmont Music Row at 6pm: Heritage 147, Tequila Sunrise, Bar Aida, and Locals 10538. Each venue has food and drinks, and a lineup of great local bands, so feel feel free to float around and check out each one!

Free Pilates in the Park Returns!

Free outdoor Pilates classes are back for another season—happening every Tuesday evening, 5:00–6:00 PM, throughout June and July at Constitution Park (120 Larchmont Ave.)

Yoga in the Park

Experience calm and strength with Yoga in the Park every Friday, 11 AM–12 PM in May and June at Constitution Park. All levels welcome! Bring your own mat. Free and open to all, sponsored by the Village of Larchmont.

Pride Festival
