August offers a glimpse of fall and, for many, a return to routines. For our team, it's been business as usual—and a busy week worth celebrating. We closed on the stunning 8278 Raphael Lane in Ravenna for our sellers, secured a contract with multiple offers on 11164 Beatrice Lane, and wrapped up the sale of 52 breathtaking acres in Roxborough.

Across the nation, pending home sales rose 6% week-over-week and are up 9% from the same time in 2024—marking 9 straight weeks of year-over-year growth. Active inventory is 27% higher than last year, but its growth is slowing—suggesting a more stable (though elevated) supply environment. Home prices are 1.5% above 2024 levels, but high supply and softening demand are putting downward pressure on pricing.
