Housing Market Predictions: The Forecast for the Next 5 Years

It’s been a wild real estate ride over the last few years. After a red-hot market characterized by very low-interest rates and frenzied bidding wars, mortgage rates increased to their highest level in more than 20 years. Team News

Eclipsing

We hope you were able to catch a glance at the eclipse last week. The team had a viewing party in between showings and meetings which was honestly a great experience. Afterwards, we had a family outing to see The First Omen, go upstate, and enjoy some R&R. A friend of ours Sherri Cobb exhibited some amazing art at the Illuminated Women exhibition at landmark art space, 547 W 27th.

Follow along for more happenings!
