A Fresh New Look. Fresh New Marketing Power for Every Seller.
|
| This is the time of year when New Yorkers remember why they love the city. People are back in town. The weather is crisp and invigorating. Sports bars are filled with football fans. New restaurants are opening everywhere. New museum shows. New parks along the river.
Revitalization is in the air! What better time to introduce our beautifully revamped branding program – a stylish new marketing direction built on a foundation of proven performance, integrity and negotiation know-how.
Let’s start with the name: J. RUBINSTEIN HOMES. There’s something really special about the notion of “home” - and the sense of comfort, pride and gracious luxury inherent in the word. And that’s why adding “HOMES” right after my name just feels right. I hope you agree!
Crisp new typography and graphics - and a refined color palette of blues, rich umber and warm ivory - will link all of our marketing materials: newsletters, website, online listings, sales brochures, postcards and more. Of course, attention to detail is so much more than a visual stance. It’s the core of my relationship with every client.
I’m excited about our new rebranding and how it will benefit every seller. Bespoke marketing adds a note of luxury and desirability to all listings - at all price levels. Exactly what every client deserves! |

NYC’s median home sale price soared to a record high — with 1 borough driving the surge: Study |
| | The battle of the boroughs is over — and Brooklyn just torched Manhattan. Overall, New York City’s median home price soared to a record $800,000 in the third quarter — up 4% from last year — as Brooklyn stole the spotlight from Manhattan, according to PropertyShark’s latest ranking of the city’s 50 most expensive neighborhoods. While Manhattan held firm at a $1.15 million median sale price, sales activity jumped 15% year-over-year. But it was Brooklyn that drove the citywide surge, with median sale values climbing 11% to an all-time high of $916,000. |
