Low inventory levels continue into 2024. Sales volume had a decline of 17% compared to the previous year’s first quarter. The number of Sound Shore homes over $2.5 million dropped 25% as well. Our area continues to be highly sought-after and it remains a seller’s market. In the past few weeks, competition seems to be easing a bit, especially at the luxury level.
