| We know you are not always given ample time to prepare for a listing appointment. As best practice, we recommend spending the time now to create a "Master Listing Presentation". This will hold all of the general information about you, your success, and Compass. Then, when you get the call for the appointment, you can go in and make minor edits that apply to the clients, home, and neighborhood you are meeting about and you will be ready to go! |
