2024 was a big year for everyone. A year of shifts: buying behavior shifts, monetary policy, and interest rates. I also had personal/professional shifts: Joining a new brokerage (Compass) and adding team members have been pivotal steps toward delivering the unrivaled buying and selling experience I’ve always envisioned for my clients.

I learned a lot in 2024, but here's my big takeaway: Each transaction is so unnique; no two deals are ever the same. Every deal presents different hurdles, specific oddities, and general complexities. But having the right team in place and some good ol' fashioned grit, enables me to guide my clients to face each unique challenge.

Big ups to my team of pros: Our preferred lender community. Our ace attorneys. inspectors, GC's, and the support team at Compass. You all helped make this magic happen. This Riff will be a brief look back at 2024: what we accomplished and what we are proud of.

Home(s) of the Year:

This year we helped 33 unique humans find and secure their homes. From Uptown to Downtown, Brooklyn to Queens, Sales to Purchases, Rentals to Investment Properties, and a few referrals outside of NYC, we had our biggest year yet and we couldn't be more thankful.
