Stoop Scoop

How's the Real Estate Market? 🏠

In spite of it all, the DC market is as resilient as our residents.

Inventory is loosening as Sellers list properties despite absorbing higher interest rate on their next purchase, so Buyers have more choices. Thru the summer: listings took longer to sell, prices had to be reasonable (not aspirational), and the condo market is still catching up. Lower rates could bring more competition in Q4 - we shall see!

Reach out for info on your micro-neighborhood. We’re happy to share what we’re experiencing out in the field every day - it’s what we do!

And check out the list of upcoming fun fall local events below. We are still a thriving community - let's support one another, our local philanthropies, schools, and businesses!
