2025 Miami Real Estate Forecast

Happy New Year!

I believe it's not a coincidence that "2025" rhymes with "2020-thrive!" The year has just begun and already, almost every conversation I have seems to find its way to real estate.

The energy is positive and things are looking good for the year ahead. Here's a look at what you should expect in Miami real estate over the coming year.

/ Expect stability. We expect prices to continue to increase in 2025, but at a slower pace than in recent years.

/ Expect a continued influx of new Miami residents moving from other states. Demand remains high for The Magic City.

/ Expect home values to increase about 3.5%.

/ Expect more inventory... finally!

/ Expect more interest rate cuts. With rates currently around 7%, experts predict we'll see several cuts this year, but overall only a slight % decrease and nothing dramatic enough to keep 2024’s "wait and see" buyers away for long.

/ Expect great things (if you align yourself with a good agent).
