And we're off to a great start in 2025 in NYC! The real estate market is really busy very early in the year! Expectation is high demand with little available inventory which means sellers if you have been waiting to sell, now is the time! This is being most felt in the 2 and 3 bedroom size properties…although in this past week I am seeing activity with one bedrooms as well. New construction is going up in all neighborhoods around the city - see The Changing Face section below. For those considering selling or buying, now is the time to be moving - no pun intended! Sellers need to place their properties on the market sooner rather than later and buyers need to be aggressive. |
