Get on your bike and ride!

There are so many ways to celebrate Bike Month in the DMV, like

Bike to Work Day, Thursday, May 15 2025! Our Team and many of our clients enjoy riding year round by biking to work, school, shops, museums, riding to exercise, and with family and friends. Heck, some of us don't even drive! Join us to be part of a movement for safer streets, connected communities, a healthier planet, and happier people! And if you live on the Hill, consider joining us for some of the Hill Family Biking rides. There's one on May 17 called the Kidical Mass - Tiny Streets 3 Ride. Check it out HERE! and join the fun!

Looking for something "Adults Only" involving bicycles, but NOT spandex?? Consider joining 600 or so bike riders for the monthly "DC Bike Party Slow Ride" that takes over the streets of DC w/flashing lights and amplified music, and often involves themed costumes. You've likely heard them roll through the Hill over the years. The next one is this Friday, May 16, w/official departure from Dupont Circle at 8pm, but there will be a contingent of Hill cyclists rolling out at 7:15 pm. Ping Jeanne if you'd like to be part of this.

How can Private Exclusives help our Buyers and Sellers?

There is an exciting amount of inventory coming on the market in upcoming weeks and months! We might know of a home that Sellers choose to market privately, or are open to showing early to our vetted COMPASS Buyers. This is an advantage which only signed COMPASS Seller and Buyer clients have access to. We are happy to discuss this opportunity with you and your friends and family!
