Happy Memorial Day! We are a little behind on this month's newsletter - blame it on the jet lag! I just returned from RGC 2025 in Palm Beach. While the 18-hour travel was less than ideal, the experience was exceptional. It recharged my mindset and sharpened my focus on delivering even better service. I look forward to sharing insights and stories of the inspiring colleagues I’m lucky to call friends - in the months ahead. |

| | Father’s Day is just around the corner - and this year, it shares the date with my younger daughter’s birthday, making it extra meaningful. I also had a quick visit with my older daughter in DC before heading to Florida, which was a gift in itself. That birthday overlap happens only six more times before I turn 100, a fun reminder to cherish even the smallest shared moments with those we love. |

| Fresh from the backyard at one of our listings - tree-ripened bananas! The birds got the first bite, but we still enjoyed the best part. These are apple bananas, smaller, sweeter, with a touch of tartness. Once you’ve had them, regular bananas just don’t compare. They're best eaten fast—if you can get to them before the birds do! We also have papayas, limes, oranges, star fruits, passion fruits, and mangoes, depending on the season. |

There’s something magical about beach volleyball on the Big Island. Hawaii hides its courts like treasures, completely different than the mainland, where clusters of sand courts are common in public parks. One here, one there - some private, some public - but each with its unique rhythm and story.
If you’re new to the island, finding a competitive game isn’t always easy. Most courts are tucked into communities, and the best matches often happen by invitation. But for those lucky enough to find their way in, the Big Island volleyball scene offers a great game and connection, a sense of belonging, and a lifestyle that few places on Earth can match. |
