After a brief period of slightly slower activity over the past month or so, we are seeing the market pick up again. There is renewed energy, with more buyers actively searching and a noticeable increase in inquiries. However, one persistent challenge remains here in New York City: the lack of available inventory. Despite the uptick in buyer interest, there are still very few properties on the market, which continues to limit options for those eager to make a move.

Looking ahead, we anticipate that buyer activity will remain steady - and potentially even grow - atypically throughout the summer months. This ongoing demand, paired with limited supply, creates a favorable environment for sellers. So if you have been considering listing your property, now is an excellent time to take action. It is certainly not too late to enter the market and position your home to attract serious buyers.

Reach out if you would like to discuss your options or get a sense of your home’s market value. We are here to help you make the most of this market!
