Helping people reach their home dreams is why we do what we do! Just in the past week, we’ve helped our buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals, each under circumstances unique to them.

In Ravenna, we closed on 7945 Galileo Way with a successful off market sale. This allowed our sellers the time and flexibility to close on their preferred timeline while they arranged their move and next steps. Behind the scenes, we helped prepare the home for sale including photography and videography and worked with our connections and interested buyers to market the home. When we met with our sellers months ago, they said their ideal close date would be November 1st. What day did we close? November 1st!

Up the road in Ravenna, 10601 Leonardo Place is now sold! This breathtaking custom home was recently completed by our clients Dublin Development and overlooks the 13th green at Ravenna and we helped collaborate with the buyers and builders to a successful closing through the new construction process. It is gorgeous throughout every corner of the home and out every window, encapsulating modern luxury living at Ravenna.

In nearby Columbine, our buyers closed on the beautiful 1 Columbine Lane (below) for their growing family. They are planning many upcoming renovations and we can’t wait to see the progress!
