My son Collin at 5 years old, catching his first fish in Apple Hill. He's 20 now.

Fall has always been my most favorite time of year. Not because of pumpkin spice lattes or scary movies, For me it's all about the pumpkin patch! When my kids were lilttle we would take them to a differnt pumpkin patch every weekend. We would also spend a weekeng up at Apple Hill with two other families. We would rent a house and visit apple farms and pumpkin patches. We had pumpkin cider, apple donuts and even fished at a place called High Hill Ranch. Now that the boys are older with sports and school committments we aren't able to take out anual trip which makes these memories even more special. What I'm Seeing In the Market

When the Federal Reserve lowered the interest rates, I received numerous calls from prospective buyers who were previously undecided but are now eager to proceed with their purchase. I've always maintained that fall is the ideal season to buy a home due to reduced competition. This year, however, while competition is indeed lower, the inventory is even scarcer. To my buyers, I advise persistence and optimism—the right home will eventually emerge. For my sellers, I suggest focusing on preparing your home for a spring sale. I firmly believe the market will be vibrant in the first quarter of 2025. Buyers are expected to be active as the new year begins, so sellers should have their homes ready.
